Marc J. Rothenberg, Esq., joined The Rothenberg Law Firm LLP in 1997.  Marc has built a distinguished career representing victims of catastrophic injuries, with more than 40 cases resulting in million-dollar recoveries for his clients. He is known for handling complex litigation involving truck crashes, construction accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and defective automotive products.


In 2022, he secured a record-setting $25 Million settlement arising from a truck crash - the largest reported motorcyclist settlement in New York State history. He also obtained the largest known recovery against a major automotive manufacturer in 2018 for a victim of a defective Takata airbag, part of the largest automotive recall in history.
